For Clients

Local Resources

Therapy is one piece of a bigger picture. Over time, I’ve collected resources from around our community — crisis lines, support groups, financial assistance programs, and health services — that clients have found genuinely helpful outside of our sessions together. This page is a living list, organized by category, so you can find what you need when you need it.

If you know of a resource that should be added here, or notice something out of date, please reach out.
